Check-In & Check-Out

 

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

These times allow us to clean and prepare the space properly for our next guests.

If you need a different time, please contact us in advance.

 

Parking

 

Parking is available outside the property. Please note that the owners are not responsible for vehicles or personal

belongings left in or around the car.

 

Occupancy & Guests

 

Maximum occupancy: 5 people

Only registered guests are allowed on the property

Parties and events are not permitted

Pets are not allowed inside the house

 

Cleanliness & Responsibility

 

The property will be clean before your arrival

While a full clean isn’t expected at check-out, we ask that you leave the space tidy and in good condition

Guests are expected to treat the property with care

If anything stops working or gets damaged during your stay, please inform the host as soon as possible

 

Additional Notes

 

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Every reservation requires a 30% deposit to confirm the booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled check-in time to receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Please respect the property and treat it as if it were your own.
